Hunt beautiful Southern Indiana, an affordable hunting experience, in the heart of Hoosier Hospitality. Entertain clients or just enjoy a day off. Bring your own dog or use our professional guides and dogs. We offer different types of cover on gently rolling terrain.

Many companies take advantage of our lodge to have their christmas party or a meeting with clients. Shoot skeet or trap, Hunt a couple hours. After lunch spend a couple more hours hunting. We have a seperate room for your privacy.

Hunters, we offer hunting vests, coats, chaps, briar proof bibs and shotgun shells for sale. We ask all hunters to use 6 or 71/2 shot size and nothing larger. Also anyone hunting must have one article of orange clothing.

You pay for what is released in your hunting area. Sometimes extra birds are found in your hunting area. We allow you 20% extra on birds harvested, without a charge.
Dog and Guide for half day $40
Prices are subject to change.
It cost $1 each to have birds cleaned breast only.
Or $1.50 to have bird cleaned whole.

We no longer will Guide for Quail Hunts. We will not sell Quail for a guided hunt. If you have your own Bird Dog we will sell you Quail. Quail flush from coveys, anywhere from 1-10 birds might fly at one time. Quail fly low and in any direction.
We will Guide for Pheasants, Chukar and Hungarian Partridge. They normally flush with 1 or 2 birds. They also fly much higher. Which is a much safer hunt.
PARENTS PLEASE READ !
Every year we have parents call to book a hunt the day after their child takes the Hunter Safety Course. When we ask if their child has ever shot a gun the answer is usually NO! Before anyone goes to the field hunting he or she should spend several hours on the practice range. Getting familar with the gun. If anyone has trouble finding the safety or trouble loading their gun they have NO business in the field. We offer Trap and Wobble Trap that is both fun and gives your child experience. Bob

Hunters 7 1/2 shot or 6 shot in 1 1/8 is as large a shell as we allow. We do not allow 3" shells. You need to wear safety glasses.

A good recipe for upland game is- Filet the meat into small pieces. In a glass dish add 1 cup soy-sauce & 1/2 cup brownsugar, add meat. Marinate in fridge overnight. When ready to cook wrap meat with bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes or until done.
